THE FOUNDERS

 

Barr. Mrs Chidimma Genevieve Okwuowulu, (nee Enewally) LL.M, FICMC is a proactive and versatile lawyer with varied skill sets. She was born on the 29th of July 1982 to the family of Ozor Nnayelugo Kevin and Henrietta Enewally, she attended Command Children’s school Enugu where she proceeded to the prestigious Queen’s School Enugu and Federal Government College Enugu for her Secondary School.

Mrs. Okwuowulu earned her law degree with distinction from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT). Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007, she has acquired notable experiences in the public sectors. She then pursued a Master of Laws degree at the University of East London in the United Kingdom.

Mrs. Okwuowulu’s interest in corporate law, mediation, and Administration of Estate laws is unparalleled. As a state counsel at the Enugu State Ministry of Justice, she has more than a decade of experience representing the state in court and mediation proceedings.  She is a current member of the Enugu State Justice Reform Team (ESJRT) served in different committees including but not limited to:

Committee on Review of Criminal Code Law of Enugu State, Review of Magistrates’ Courts Law, Member Strategic planning committee of the Reform Team, Committee on Reduction of Stalled Cases in the High Court, and Review of Child’s Right Law of Enugu State. She is also actively engaged in all the team’s projects.

Professional Highlights:

Mrs. Okwuowulu worked at the Citizens Rights and Mediation Centre before joining the Ministry of Justice, Enugu State, where her director recommended she be maintained as a permanent employee owing to her commitment and effectiveness in the office. She is also Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, which combines her interests in peacekeeping and human rights. She is a wife, and a mother. A devout Christian who takes delight in serving God and humanity as manifested in her numerous charitable works. She plays active roles in various religious and voluntary organizations as part of her extracurricular activities.

Mrs Chidimma Genevieve Okwuowulu, belongs to a number of learned and professional bodies among which is Member, Nigerian Bar Association. Member, Fellow, Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators.

Henry Onyemechi Aguh was born into the family of Mr. & Mrs. Aguh in Umuabi in Udi local government area. Had his primary education at Ekulu primary school and the secondary school at Nike Grammer schools Enugu . He studied Business Studies at Lewisham College London.  He obtained his first degree in Finance and Business and second degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Portsmouth United Kingdom. He is a mental health first aider, planner and railway engineer.

Henry is known for his generous and dedicated activities to the poor in society. His activities in promoting the affairs of the underprivileged, vulnerable, and indigent children cannot be overemphasized.

 He is married and his hobbies includes praying, teaching catechism classes in Churches, watching movies, swimming and dancing. He is a man with a golden heart.
